Which is why I was thinking about something like a BLU-122 (GBU-28 warhead) with a rocket behind it. The BLU-122 warhead is 13ft long, so you'd have almost 10 feet of length for nose fuze/seeker and rocket booster.

Might only be able to hang 2 of those on the rotary launcher, the BLU-122 is 4000lbs of steel and carries 675lbs of boom. Guidance would bring that up close to 5000lbs, then you add the rocket motor.
