At the end of the Cold War the US had a number of divisional sets of equipment stored in Western Europe (POMCUS) which made possible an extra Corps for NATO with troops flying in to join their kit.
Now that the US faces both Russia and China in a growing Cold War how many such sets could be made available for new POMCUS sites in Europe or even Asia.
