A single-seater Raab-Katenstein "Schwalbe" reduced in dimensions.

the Name on building is Zepernick
That is a district of the Brandenburg municipality of Panketal, which is located directly on the northeastern outskirts of Berlin.

and that not look like a Raab-Katenstein

Image found without context, can someone identify the type?
What a nice picture! A lucky person near his (perhaps, own-built?) aircraft! The name of aircraft along with the weights has been inscribed on the fuselage. The name of the closest city - placed on the building. So may clues - this a paradise for aircraft recognition' task.
