This resource, written by Chris Reed, was once available online at Dataviewbooks.com, and was available from Lulu, as well (just as a PDF, I think). Now it's nowhere to be found. I even tried emailing the author, to no avail. Does anyone have a complete copy of it, or know if it was included in the print version of his United States Air Force: A Chronological History and Guide to Resources? I remember it having some unique information, particularly about reuse of Atlas missile silos and consideration of Titan III as a FOBS system, and I'd particularly like to read through its references. This is the trouble with some e-resources; they vanish, and then you're stuck.
