Actually there have several new KJ-200 spotted during the last months - the last one (maybe the same as shown in Your picture - besides the second prototype of the H-6K.

It seems actually as if the PLAAF plans to operate two regiments with the KJ-200/Y-8W with four aircraft each ... and the PLANAF at least one regiment.

Regarding the similarities to the latest Y-9 ... the KJ-200 uses the Y-8F-600 airframe which was the basis for the Y-9.
