Artist's impression of TsAGI quiet supersonic business jet.

Can't remember seeing other supersonic concepts where the flow has to go around the fuselage to get to the inlets - is this supposed to be a large scale variant of a diverterless arrangement (BL being deflected over or sideways of the engines somehow) or what's the big idea? Can the flow itself become subsonic beyond or "inside" the concave depression?
