Torpedo Design

I'm currently working on a project to design and build a propeller for a small (about 8ft) submarine but most of the literature available deals with propulsion for surface vessels. I wonder if anyone could point me in the direction of some technical articles/books on the design of torpedoes. Recent stuff is bound to be classified but older things will hopefully be available - and the lower speeds makes them more applicable. I have a reasonable number of subscriptions to journals but have not yet been able to track anything down.

If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.
