I am always impressed by whsta fine ship the Royal Navy Leanders were in their gun version.
Most warships spend almost all their careers in peacetime roles like goodwill visits and patroling. The Leanders were just right. An impressive gun turret forwd, a long helicopter deck aft for receptions, with a bright blue Wasp helicopter.
