I'm sure there are many variations of this idea - this isn't the version I saw, but its what I found online.

Applies widely beyond designing for aviation. Funny, true and triggering - I can practically feel my cortisol levels rising. Yet things get made that are and function to specification, sometimes even elegantly so - inhale slowly and deeply through the nose (count of four), hold (another count of four), exhale slowly through the mouth (still a count of four), and hold breath (yet another count of four), repeat a couple of times.

Electronics (AKA the "electrical group" in the smack dab lower center posting above) has somehow managed to utterly dominate the design process in any and all future airborne concepts, so, Good Night, and Good Luck, to everyone, especially actual aerospace engineers...
