Following lengthy trials & tribulations, HPCA / TBO has a new site...
Despite the debacle due Stuart Slade's untimely death, then the site name being claim-jumped, they're up and running again.
Down-side, very little was salvaged from prior sites, much re-posting has begun. And, sadly, most of the discussions etc lost.
Also, all log-in/ password membership info lost, you must re-register,
IMHO, their bot-thwarting kaleidoscopic thing is remarkably fierce...
