There is no published evidence (as opposed to speculation) about which country the nuclear documents pertain to.

It's reported that other recovered documents (back in February) include letters from Kim Jong-Un, so it's plausible that they are related to North Korean nuclear programs.

Or, given the mention of a document related to the President of France, it could be an assessment of the Force de'Dissuasion.

In short, we don't know (and possibly never will, officially). Speculation about the specifics are probably not worthwhile.

My money would be on North Korea, since they were the hot topic during the time period in question (2017-2020), and the president would have received quite a number of briefings and documents on their capabilities.
