This video appeared on youtube in June:

The caption (below) is a little enlightening:

MXI is the VTOL (vertical take-off & landing) SSS (small suborbital spaceplane) being researched by Space Tourism Society Malaysia Chapter under the M-R2D2 (Malaysian Research for Rocketplane Design & Development) program for suborbital tourism. MXI's VTOL capability is due to the computerized synchronization of the twin vectoring nozzles of its single jet engine at the rear of the engine, and a lift fan physically connected to the jet engine via a rotating shaft at the front of the engine. To climb near vertically to 100km altitude, MXI will be using 2 rocket engines to be installed in line with and rear of the jet engine, creating a configuration CLDT (centerline different thrust) of the jet engine and rocket engines. An obvious feature in the overall design of MXI is the application of flatplane aerodesign concept where the fuselage and wing are of flat surfaces specially design for high velocity linear (straight line) flight and unpowered glide from higher to lower altitudes. Being an SSS, MXI will be a single pilot operation spaceplane carrying 2 passengers or 300kg of scientific research. At the time of uploading, the 1st MXI conceptual model is being exhibited at MISTI Johor 2010 in Malaysia.

As is the attached PDF I found via Google at http://xa.yimg.com/kq/groups/23460000/838342684/name/1st+Brochure.pdf. (The address in the pdf appears to relate to some animated space movie?!) The file includes several pictures (a couple attached) and some descriptions.

Also in the PDF attached to the previous post is the attached image with the following description:

In 2008, Space Tourism Society Malaysia Chapter (STS-MC) published its 1st conceptual design of a suborbital spaceplane called, MX (M-10) to commemorate 10 years of space tourism in Malaysia (since 1999) in the following year (2009). MX was designed by Swiss Propulsion Laboratory of Switzerland.
