Soviet Ceramic rounds?

I do not believe so. It never was used on a large scale so specialized bullets would not have been in demand.

Ceramic rounds? You mean like ceramic case? ceramic projectile? or able to defeat ceramic armor?

No, the TP-82 was a survival gun for once they landed in Siberia. It was issued with soft point or hollow point bullets for the 5.45, and birdshot and flares for the shotgun barrels.
