Sorry about this. I was trying to add some new features to the forum and really screwed things up. I've had to restore from last nights backup, which will probably have lost the last few posts.

At least we know that the backup system works well....

Site problems last night

Well, the forum crashed again. Its due to a large number of users hitting the site at once, which is chewing up the disk space on the server in log files and mysql binary logs, taking the server to the 10gb limit. The price of popularity!

Unfortunately, more disk space costs more money (nearly double the cost) so I can't really afford to do this - I am going to therefore look at ways to minimise disk usage through changing server settings.

Have now found where all the space was going. Should be OK now....
