AGM-88H was allocated in 2020 to a missile from Raytheon for "USAF/FMS". So it's apparently a HARM variant for a USAF-managed Foreign Military Sales program. I don't know further details.

Come to think of it, it would take a dedicated airceaft capable of carrying LRASMs internally to maybe fit a PrSM

- HACM offers significantly increased velocity, and its much lower flight altitude and trajectory makes it significantly more survivable. Air Force is beginning flight tests this year.
HACM will have enough stand off range to allow the stand off tactical force (F-15E, EX and possibly F-35 with ext. carriage) to contribute using it. The AF has a Stand Off Attack Weapon program, but that would likely require a multi-mode seeker similar to that on the AARGM-ER / SiAW. PrSM does not have that.
At its current 300 NM range, an air launched version could possibly achieve up to 400 NM?
