As a slow mover, it is only 18 years after the initial post that I tried to order some APR articles/volumes. The non-PayPal payment option does not work. Hence I wonder whether there is an alternative way to order elsewhere. Or is the APR/up-ship site non-functional these days? Any help appreciated.
