I like the MH60 order. I'm not convinced about the Airbus.

$350M per airframe would be quite a high amount, similar to a militarized 330 like an MRTT.

Definitely the right decision. Was the only airframe that could do the Antarctic run with no point of no return.

Likely similar to the multi role config chosen by Germany.

The MH60R buy is of 5 frames is technically a reduction from a notional force of 8 SH2G but unclear how many were ever serviceable at any one time.

Plus it is easily supported by AirNZ who also fly A321s
