Repeated security inquires disrupting ability to save drafts and reply to threads

Uncertain if this is an issue for a private message or not. Cloudflare keeps interrogating my connection to verify whether I'm a bot. Minor annoyance, except it does so every fifteen minutes or so, it seems---so if I'm typing out a reply and I take too long, the system won't save my draft or allow me to post the reply. This issue only showed up day before yesterday, prior to that I did not have to verify.

Is this a known issue?

Yes, the same thing happened to me yesterday, Cirov. For longish posts in the future, I think I will work out a draft in MSWord, rather than on Secret Projects Forum itself.

Clear out cookies for just this website then reload. An old bit of cookie data is likely the issue.

Tangential, some IPs and sites seem more prone to DDOS etc attacks, especially with sundry 'unpleasantness' extant, so their security gets 'cranked up'.

Here in UK, I get pre-access checks with varying frequency, but it is the 'Utilities' sites that time-out, especially when you're trying to compose a 'scathing yet polite' Instant Message...

FWIW, when you send in gas/elec meter readings and site 'AI' doubts, says 'TOO HI', 'TOO LO' or both, to get in touch ASAP, I find it absurdly nonsensical that no easy link is provided. Yet again, yet again, you gotta 'Tarzan' around the site, suppressing howling fury...

( Will NOT have 'smart meter': Such are notorious for generating, transmitting utter nonsense...)

I did have it stall again today. Blocked cloudfare.com from storing local data and its near instant on loading now.

FWIW, clearing out cookies (Girl Scouts or otherwise) has never been a problem issue for me...

Only rules at play for challenge is

(ip.src.country eq "VN") or (ip.src.country eq "BR") or (ip.src.country eq "HK") or (ip.src.country eq "RO") or (ip.src.country eq "CN")

and an AI scraper rule.

So not sure how US users are getting challenged.

Okay, I've updated how long the challenge solves to last 7 days.

This should resolve any issues unless you are VERY slow finishing that post.

We'll see if it reduces effectiveness.

Dear @overscan (PaulMM) : Today I experienced more than 7 or 8 request over the last 24hr.
Browsing from a private network and then to a public Wifi will generate a request. Move to another place for a dessert, for example, and yet a new request. Cross a border... Guess what, another request. Stop somewhere to get a quick meal... Request.

This thing is more inquisitive than an ex. or a schizophrenic nutrition coach....

Isn´t that a tad too much?
