Hello, my documentation said that they were going to go for 2 aircraft at first but after they decided to go for 3 ,would the "kiosque" (not sure about the english word at all here,sorry) look like the one of the I-13/14?

I think you mean the "hanger".

I think Kiosk is the French term for sail/fin/conning tower.
I'd assume that, yes, the sail assembly would have looked very much like the earlier submarines. However that is only an assumption and I don't think much of the design history of the class survived the war.

yes "kiosque" is the french term for conning tower ,perosnally I think that at first it looked more the modified type A then the project evolved to carry 3 plane
