Ramjet Powered Lufttorpedo?

Just came across this Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum webpage claiming to present an "experimental Nazi ramjet missile". To me, it looks a lot like the LT950D gliding torpedo.

Important point:

C.L. Zakhartchenko built and donated this model to the Museum in 1970.

Looks like a pulsejet to me.

Googling Zakhartchenko's name turned up a second donated model, a glide-delivered rocket torpedo https://airandspace.si.edu/collection-objects/model-glide-torpedo-german and a NACA report listing him as a member of the 'Subcommittee on Internal Flow' and a member of the Naval Ordnance Experimental Unit https://digital.library.unt.edu/ark:/67531/metadc60276/m1/73/?q=Zakhartchenko That certainly raises the likelihood he had seen original documentation of the designs.
