I think this belongs in this section of the forum since, to my knowledge, it never went into production. I found the picture,as I recall, surfing the net and on different sites. Does anyone know the background of this aircraft? What was it's intended role? Was it a rival to another design? Any 3-view drawings?

If you google 'pzl TS-16 grot', then the 1st link is
"The TS-16 Grot (Arrowhead) was a supersonic striker designed by Poland. The project was started in 1958 and cancelled in 1964 ..."
at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PZL_TS-16_Grot

Discipline, homework,etc ;D

Thanks for the advice and the site. Discipline indeed is called for. I know better but seldom do better. Thanks again.

In an old Flygvapen Nytt (Air Force News) there is a picture of a Polish aircraft said to be the TS-17 Grot, does anyone here have some info on this aircraft?

'TS-17' seems to be a wrong interpretation of the TS-16 project ('TS-17' isn't mentioned in Andrzej Morgała's "Polskie Samoloty Wojskowe 1945-1980" book anyway).

Who can help me with a (at least) three side view drawing of the TS-16 Grot (prototype)?
If possible also of the project production versions?
Thanks
Jan

How to send pictures
Click 'reply' then under the text box you'll find a field 'Attach', where you may browse throught the content of your disk - select an image you want to attach, if you want more - clich 'more attachments'.

Eventually click the 'Post' button. Fairly simple as you'll find out.

I can't wait for your drawings of the TS-16 ;)

You need a few posts /I think three/ to be able to post the images. So make another posts and then the "attach image" option will appear.

If this is a case, you should upload your pictures to Photobucket (or other similar web service) and put links to them in your post here (using Insert Image icon above, the second from the left above the emoticons).

The pictures should appear in the post.
