Practicality of Stealthy Decagon Exhaust Nozzle

So the F-22 suffers a substantial T/W penalty due to it's stealthy 2D Thrust vectoring nozzles alternatively a Loan nozzle would eliminate the Thrust to Weight penalty at the cost of reduced stealth you may even be able to make one that can thrust vector but alternatively could you create a fully stealthy decagon exhaust nozzle that reduces or eliminates the Thrust to Weight penalty. Any thoughts

I suppose that you could, although the F-35's F135 engine apparently does perfectly well with a hexakaidecagonal exhaust nozzle, for the level of LO accepted by the customer.
 
Well yeah but the F-35's nozzle does have a stealth penalty. I'm interested if you could make a nozzle just as stealthy the F-22's but without the loss in thrust. The YF-23 had a completely stealthy exhaust nozzle and didn't suffer the Thrust to Weight penalty but is kinda unique to that design.
