This reminds us of a Land Rover offering from the 1970s(?). It consisted of a two-wheel trailer that clipped onto a stock 4X4 Land Rover. The secret was in the power take-off shaft that ran through to trailer hitch and provided power to the tailer's axile, transforming it into a 6X6 off-road vehicle.
