The General Aviation is in full steam. This evtol from southafrica looks really odd and cool at the same glance. I´m curious if it will succeed. Maybe I´ll give something into their crowdfunding... What do you guys think about this project which started to take shape in a pub?

I'm pretty sure the design shown will never enter production. Even a full scale technology demonstrator is highly unlikely. IMHO, a mix of wishful thinking and ignorance.

Looks more dubious than most EVTOLLs (which says something - although there are some designed I'm quite impressed by).

The legs are hard to justify for reasons other than 'sex appeal' (as was once said to be the only practical reason to give a robot legs). Unfortunately, most of the other design choices are similar - they seem to lack a practical purpose - which surely must be worrying.

Okay, I'll say it: IMHO, the design is crazy enough to actually work when the tech catches up in a decade or so...
