Forum members may be interested in two talks next Wednesday, 13th February, both in Kingston, SW London.
I am giving a talk to the Hawker Association on the P1154 (similar to RAeS one last year - http://www.secretprojects.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,10671.0.html) at 2pm:

Also, David Hassard, leader of the Kingston Aviation project (http://www.kingstonaviation.org/) and volunteer in the Kingston archives at Brooklands Museum, will be giving a talk at 7pm on the history of Kingston aviation, which will include a Q&A with local MP Zac Goldsmith. The talk will be in the Canbury Arms pub, next to the old Sopwith/Hawker factory on Canbury Park Road (http://www.thecanburyarms.com/). Poster attached.
