The Austrian physicist Heinz von Foerster published an article in Science in 1960 predicting the end of the world due to overpopulation on November 13, 2026.

This unpleasant disciple of Malthus died unapologetically in 2002.

Nor has the Club of Rome apologized for its toxic forecasts published in the sixties.

Javier Birchenall, a professor of economics at the University of California Santa Barbara, applying the same mathematical principles as Foerster, based on the rate of Japanese population loss, has calculated that on May 5, 3108, there would be no one left on the planet.
