What the, three guns in a turret?

Looks like two guns to me. The bit sticking out of the other side of the turret is probably an aerodynamic balance like on most of the Italian turrets.

But it looks like it's capable of elevation, just like a gun.

AFAIK, the aerodynamic balance did the same motion as the gun, just check photos of
the C.1007 with the gun elevated..
