Very early USSR project of AeroSpace Ship with LH-fueled ramjet/scramjet/rocket engines combo pack, studied by NII-1 MinObsheMash (Scientific Research Institute of Ministry of General Machine Building). TOW 150-250 tonns, LEO payload 6-11 tonns.

Found 3-view of the beast at least. Ugh, looking at the top and front views they only have rulers at the design bureau that time I guess...
