NewFACE consortium projects

Post #4 are NewFACE projects. The photos for the article were taken by TsAGI... but the projects are not theirs.

Does anyone have information on post #6, image 2, left-hand aircraft? It looks to be one of the 15-19 seat studies mentioned earlier... but with remotely driven props in the tip vortices and some kind of leading edge devices?? Looks very interesting.
