His Aero 420 design study while he was going to Purdue. I've been trying to find a copy of the full report, so far no luck.

Cool. I've seen student projects much, much worse than this. A lot of engineers these days can't even sketch as well as this.
That being said, i'm glad he went into flying as opposed to building aircraft!

I've heard back from the archivist at Purdue... the report is scheduled for digitization, but is currently on display as part of an exhibit. With luck, on dispaly behind a thick sheet of bullet, fire, water, UV and thief-proof glass.
