Greetings, the purpose of this thread is twofold: 1) to request access to the titular document, AVT-350, and 2) to bring it to the community's attention, because I believe its contents are of interest to the members of this community, and I have not yet seen it discussed here. I decided that The Bar is the acceptable location to start this thread, as there is no dedicated sub-forum for discussing documents, and because I'm new to this forum.
I've been aware of the document's existence for some time now. I think I stumbled across it when I was reading about the X-65 CRANE and the history of active flow control. By my understanding, the document builds upon the results of another technical report, labeled AVT-239 "Innovative Control Effectors for Manoeuvring of Air Vehicles", which is freely available on the Defense Technical Information Center database website (It's an interesting read, for anyone interested in flow control). Given how popular discussions about innovations in "6th Generation" aircraft design are, I thought the contents of these documents (AVT-239 and AVT-350) would be appreciated by the members of this community. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the document in question due to it being restricted to certain institutions, to which I do not belong, and alternative access channels have not yielded success. To my knowledge, the report is hosted in two databases: NATO STO and AIAA ARC. Although I will note that it is split up into individual papers on AIAA ARC.
If a member of the community has access to the document, and assuming it is legal to share here, then I think it would be a great contribution.For my part, I will attach the PDF file for AVT-239 in this post for ease of access Apparently 47.7MB is too large to upload, my apologies for the inconvenience.
