I think Ansaldo should Install a fake turret on Rome, such a battleship with strong firepower will lead France to enter the naval competition, devert the funds of aircraft and tanks to build new class battleship stronger than Alsace，which is beneficial to Germany.

A inspiration comes from the film <The Great War of Archimedes>

The film said that the price of a big ship, can be calculatied by a formula, about 2900 yuan/ton.



So I think a small battleship/Super A cruiser maybe more value than big one.
