Modern Velociraptor: serious project?

At http://www.sevenravens.com/landsailing/velo/index.html there is a very special "flying-landyacht" ("char à voile volant" in French). With a twin-boom version, yes!

Does someone know if this is fantasy/deam or a serious project? (as far as I am concerned, fantasy would be welcome as well).

Seems to be a project, or at least a proposal for a landsailer, a saildriven
vehicle. You can find several more conventional examples of this kind on the
other pages of that site. The type you've shown, would use a metal sail, which
can be rotated from the near vertical to a horizontal attitude and if forward
speed is high enough, this would allow short hops. Not really an aircraft, I think,
but 103 years ago, the Wright brothers started with quite similar flights !
But at the bottom of the landsailing site is the proof, that landsailers aren't
really exactly the best way to fly ...
