Difficult to identify if this builder acquired his "kit" before the unveiling, but the model here is impressive nonetheless and appears to be from the Eduard store of kits/products. The details are excellent. Unsure if this is the the same/similar kit that the blog on Model Collect (below) is referencing in terms of using a B2 kit released by Testors for the first time in 1991. Regardless the builder gives a decent overview of their building experience:
