Mitsubishi G5M

I have seen this " Mitsubishi G5M" during Navy Competition with Nakajima that producer the unfortunate Nakajima G5N. Anyone know more about this ? I remember some years ago on warbirds.jp/kakuki japanese pages a Mitsubishi G4M what if was four engines and i imaged that Mitsubishi G5M was a proposal for four engine version of G4M. An other hypothesis could be a proposed variant of Nakajima G5N built Mitsubishi.

Also, A file has an instance where the Navy reacts angrily to a proposal for a four-engine aircraft—specifically, a design that had been sketched on a blackboard—declaring, "The requirement is for two engines; don't go doing things on your own initiative."
In other words, could it be that the aircraft existed only as a sketch on a blackboard?
