Hi,

please see that canard aircraft for Thieblot/Fairchild,it was
a cargo airplane as in the drawings,and may be it was the
TA-13 canard cargo airplane.

Interesting. You may very well have found the TA-13!
However, keep in mind that Thieblot was an engineer for Fairchild and designed several of their models. The fact that his name is on the patent doesn't automatically mean that this would be a Thiebolt model, it could also be a Fairchild proper.
 
My dear Stargazer,

Mr. Thieblot worked before this time to Fairchild company (from 1940s)
and may be the TA-13,TA-16 and TA-17 were also assigned by Fairchild
Co.,and here is the Thieblot patent from 1944 for the same Co.

Pretty conclusive piece of evidence, I'd say. Or maybe not?
The Packet was designed by Thieblot and the patent has his name all over it, although it was for Fairchild.
In the same way, the canard transport could be 100% Fairchild although it was designed and patented by Thieblot...
Anyway, I think the canard patent is a great find and whether it was or wasn't the TA-13, it is probably very close to what the TA-13 was.
