i lost several NASA PDF do Hardware problem
What i looking now is Memorandum (or Study ?) about case if Soviet manage to land on Moon during or after Apollo Program
the PDF proposed to reactivated the Saturn V production line (mothballed during the paper) and Apollo/LM hardware
start mission parallel with Shuttle program, until the Launch pad 39A has to modified for STS first fly in 1978.
sound this familiar ? can some one proved me the title of this Memorandum (or Study ?) or even a Copy of it ?
