Seems to be a genuine factory model, but it something different from a winged body design I have seen (last two pics).

Thanks for the pics. I've only seen one pic of the winged LM OSP before. What made them abandon wings in favor of the cone? For that matter, did LM ever consider an X-33 style lifting body for OSP (or even before OSP, in the days of SLI)?

It says "Made In Phillipines" on the base. Seems like a higher quality than some though.

No, it was OSP and just for LEO
No, It was after SLI
No, Nothing can approach SLS costs without actually trying. SLS is worse than F-35 when it comes to costs.
