Little Aircraft on Steubenville Airport to Name

Hi all,

sorry to disturb you with such an inconspicuos little thing, but since many years, it is not properly labeled. It looks like many other aircraft of this kind, but nothing yet exactly matched. Today, airliners.net did not open on my computer. Last time I checked, Terry Shepherd seemed not to be listed as author any more.

So, if you mean to know it, please let us know either. Thank you!
