OK, if you're not a fan of Doctor Who or Wallace and Gromit it requires some explanation. The top half is Davros, a Doctor Who villain who created the Daleks. The bottom half are the 'techno trousers' made by NASA, supposedly, in the animated Wallace and Gromit adventure, The Wrong Trousers.
