Oh, I'm guessing that his tongue is somewhere in the vicinity of his cheek. Sometimes you can have affection for a work of art for being audaciously silly. Faced with a torrent of earnestly mediocre and suffocatingly bland* Netflix movies, I'll take the schlock.

however my cinematic taste could be damage by too much experimental Movies

To me it just falls into the categories of weird/wacky/bizarre/meaningless/boring/trite/pretentious/pompous/waste of time/pseudo intellectual wannabe crap cinema. If there is any implied meaning *at all*, as an accomplished senior retired aerospace engineer it just breezed right by me. Oh well, another 102 minutes of my life I'll never get back, but such is the obsessive compulsive life style...

In Heaven, the cooks are French, the police are British, the engineers are German the lovers are Italian and everything is organized by the Swiss.

In Hell, the cooks are British, the police are German, the engineers are French, the lovers are Swiss, and everything is organized by the Italians.
