Looking for info on exactly how many were built and what were the differences. Photos of the TOM-8 show it with V-01 and OK-8 markings while the TOM-208 has V-11 on the fuselage. Dates for the first flights are quoted as 23 April 1956 and 18 July 1957 respectively.
My question is, were there 2 aircraft (the TOM-208 possibly having a somewhat longer fuselage) or was the TOM-8 modified into the TOM-208.
The TOM-8 is in the Prague Kbely museum and a German Modeller site mentions that the TOM-208 was "havariert" (damaged?) on 23 Sepember 1959. If true, that could indicate TWO aircraft were built.

Thank you for helping out :)

Sorry, should have posted this under the Aerospace heading :-[

Dear Hesham, thank you for the link. :)
Unfortunately not much on the TOM-8, but very interesting (at least to me) info on some of the VZLU activities.
