Legal threat to forum anonymity

Thought I should flag up a ruling from a British court that recently ordered that postings on forums using pseudonyms cannot always be anonymous. This case was about football fans criticising club managers' decisions, but applies to all forums, now that a precedent is set.

So, be careful what you say, as Overscan may be made to tell 'them' who you are!

Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing. Shame we don't have it here!
