Though it could be argued that the Germans got a bit gun-shy after losing the Bismarck, to which the Swordfish made an unarguable contribution.

Anyway the Swordfishs hurt so bad in Taranto with a couple of big Italian super-dreaudnoughs heavily damaged, and other ones hit seriously.
