we know the Russian designer D. Kolesnikov and he created many gilder and assault gilder
aircraft and projects,here is a drawings to KTs.2,KTs.10 and KTs.20.

You misspelled the surname of designer - he was Kolesnikov.
In England he could be a Wheeler

On the basis of the KTs-20 airframe, Kolesnikov offered to work out projects: - motor gliders with two M-11 engines- seaplane. But they were not worked out in detail.

Here is the drawing, show where the designation KTs-10 is on it. KTs-20 indicated that it accommodates 20 people (2 pilots + 18 paratroopers)
