AFAIK, the Br.1030 was envisaged as a kind of proof-of-concept demonstrator, a
single seater with two lift fans. For the 4 engined airliner, I've found no type number
so far.

I know the Breguet Br.1030 but the second is completely

sketch looks almost like an enlarged DH. Heron or Percival fuselage with fan wing ?
The item clearly says it's a Keith-Lucas proposal "<which stems from the Breguet proposal". To me, it implies that the four-fan proposal was a British design inspired by the Br. 1030, and not a Breguet one.
