In the early- to mid-2010s, KBP Instrument Design Bureau based in Tula, Russia had unveiled the upgraded BMD-2M airborne infantry fighting equipped with the Bereg one-man turret (or "combat module" in Russia). Besides the existing 30-mm Shipunov 2A42 autocannon and 7.62-mm PKT coaxial tank machine gun, the Bereg turret is also equipped with new day/night sights, smoke grenade launchers, and two launchers for the 9M133 Kornet / AT-14 Spriggan ATGMs. The Russian Ministry of Defense ordered the modernization of 34 BMD-2s for 170 million rubles in 2013 and signed a contract to upgrade 200 BMD-2s to the BMD-2M standard by 2017.

KBP also offered the Bereg turret as a firepower upgrade for the BMD-1, BMP-1, and BTR-80 as shown in the below booklets and brochures which I found floating around eBay:

During the mid-1990s, KBP had also offered the BMD-2's original turret armed with the 30-mm Shipunov 2A42 autocannon, 7.62-mm PKT coaxial tank machine gun, and a single launcher for the 9K111 Fagot / AT-4 Spigot or 9K113 Konkurs / AT-5 Spandrel ATGM as a firepower upgrade for the BMP-1 which it marketed as the BMP-1-30.

It should be noted that KBP Instrument Design Bureau's Bereg one-man turret or combat module should not be confused with the A-222E Bereg-E 130-mm self-propelled coastal artillery gun.
