It is completely fabricated. This video is just lazy content (on the research side, anyway) made to draw in clicks. This plane was never a serious military proposal, it was a concept design study. There is absolutely no way this plane could have been manufactured in Japan at that time.

The source for that statement in the video seems to be the description of a random deviantart post, which is all you need to know about the effort.

It's a shame that the visual quality is wasted on such poor research, honestly, and a bigger shame that the majority of people will now be introduced to this project through such misinformation.
