I feel like you could do a pretty good maritime air patrol F-35 loadout with a JSM in one bay for large surface combatants, a quad pack of SDB IIs or Spear 3s for small surface combatants, and a pair of A2Ms for self defense. Clean but versatile.

It’s too bad that not even the promised hydraulics-rerouting will let them squeeze into a B.
