Comprising:-
Tyche EO (150kg) launched 2024
Oberon SAR aiming for 2027 (2 satellites)
Azalea RF monitoring and geolocation 2025 (3 satellites)
Juno advanced earth observation.

Arguably we should expand this plan to now include our own IR missile launch warning satellites.

UK Space Command Launches £22-Million Spy Satellite - European Spaceflight

The UK Space Command has launched a £22-million spy satellite that will serve as a demonstrator for a future constellation.

Looking across several webpages, it appears Tyche, Oberon and Juno also fall within a demonstrator programme, Minerva, along with Titania, which is an optical comms demonstrator aimed at demonstrating direct to earth optical comms from LEO.
